NEGOTIATED FEE
We can negotiate a reduced hourly rate for special high volume projects.
RETAINER FEE
We are happy to assist clients in planning for legal representation and establish a fixed monthly payment based on the year's anticipated legal work. At year's end, unspent funds can be returned or applied to subsequent work. Alternatively, any remaining balance will then become due. A retainer also allows us to prioritize our time and availability.
DEFERRED FEE
Oftentimes start-up ventures have tremendous potential, but because of limited funds, they may forego legal representation when it is needed the most. Our firm recognizes this and may make tailored arrangements for start-ups by combining reduced hourly fees coupled with deferred compensation. This is a way for our firm to invest in your business. |
