The firm bills on an hourly basis for sporadic work or for projects that do not have well-defined boundaries.

Certain projects, with well-defined boundaries, can be undertaken on a flat-fee basis.

NEGOTIATED FEE
The firm can negotiate a reduced hourly rate for high volume projects.
RETAINER FEE
The firm can assist clients in planning for legal representation and establish a fixed monthly payment based on the year's anticipated legal work. At year's end, unspent funds can be returned or applied to subsequent work. Alternatively, any remaining balance will then become due. A retainer also allows us prioritize our time and availability.
DEFERRED FEE
Oftentimes start-up ventures have tremendous potential, but limited funds. Consequently, some start-ups forego legal representation at a time when it is needed the most. Our firm recognizes this and may make tailored arrangements for start-ups by combining reduced hourly fees coupled with deferred compensation. This is a way for our firm to invest in your business. |
