Mr. Celaya is Of Counsel to the Law Office of Raul Magallanes. His experience includes working as an associate for the Matthews Firm in Houston where he assisted with patent, copyright, and trademarks including drafting and prosecution of applications as well as searches and opinions. He is also familiar with telecommunications law and the filing of license applications before the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

Mr. Celaya's experience in the electronics, software, and telecommunications fields, expands the knowledge base of the firm. Mr. Celaya assisted in preparation of documents for one of the first Earth Stations on Vessels (ESV) applications granted by the FCC.

Mr. Celaya has more than 9 years of experience in the telecommunications industry working for a Fortune 500 company specializing in global satellite communications supporting the energy sector, maritime industry, disaster recovery services, and military operations. His responsibilities entailed the design, marketing, and selling of managed communication services that included broadband Internet, voice over IP, secure networking, and real-time video.

Prior to his telecommunications career, Jason was a wire-line engineer for Schlumberger Oilfield Services. As a field engineer, he was in charge of all technical, operations, and safety portions of his assigned oilfield service unit. His responsibilities included the management of technical oilfield applications and field operations, management of crew operators and support staff, customer service, data and quality control, and equipment maintenance.
