REGULATORY AUDITS
The Firm offers regulatory audits to determine the status of existing licenses. The outcome of such audits offer a complete inventory of antennas, radio frequency equipment, frequencies, and accessed satellites in light of existing FCC licenses. The audits are then followed by a report proposing new licenses and/or modifications of existing licenses. Regulatory audits are especially helpful in the evaluation of merger and acquisition targets.
