We have worked on several applications for Earth Stations on Vessels (ESV) including the first ESV license granted by the FCC in history. Antennas licensed include:

Seatel 4003 (1.0m Ku), Seatel 4006 (1.0m Ku), Seatel 6006 (1.5m Ku), Seatel 4996 (1.2m Ku), C2SAT (1.2m Ku), Seatel 9797 (2.4m Ku), ERA (2.4m C), Seatel 9797 (2.4m C), and Azimuth (60cm).

214 LICENSES
We have obtained numerous 214 licenses including applications with 100% foreign ownership. We have never had an application denied.

VSAT LICENSES
We have obtained numerous FCC applications for VSAT licenses and have never had a VSAT application denied. Among the antennas licensed include:

Vertex 9.0m C, Vertex 6.1m Ku, Channel Master 2.4m C, Channel Master 96cm Ku, Vertex 4.5m Ku, Vertex 13.1m Ku, Prodelin 2.4m C, Andrew 7.6m C, Andrew 4.6m C, Vertex 1.5m Ku, Channel Master 1.2m Ku, Prodelin 1.2m Ku, Vertex 9.3m Ku, Vertex 8.0m C, Comtech 3.5m C, ERA 2.4m C and Patriot 1.2m Ku.

VHF LICENSES
We have worked on several applications for conventional VHF, marine VHF, and aircraft VHF licenses.

UNIVERSAL SERVICE FUND (USF)
We have worked on USF compliance projects including: filing quarterly 499Q forms, annual 499A forms, and providing represention in FCC investigations.

CUSTOMER PROPRIETARY NETWORK INFORMATION (CPNI)
We represent clients before the FCC regarding CPNI investigations. Also, we prepare and file annual CPNI certifications.

FILING FCC COMPLAINTS
We have filed FCC complaints on behalf of clients that have lead to pivotal investigations into fraudulent telecommunications practices.

FCC ENFORCEMENT
We represent clients in FCC enforcement proceedings.

PREPAID CALLING CARDS
We represent clients in obtaining prepaid calling card certifications in various states and filing anual and quarterly prepaid calling card certifications before the FCC.

WIRELESS
