Worked on several applications for Earth Stations on Vessels (ESV) including the first ESV license granted by the FCC in history. Among the antennas licensed include:

Seatel 4003 (1.0m Ku), Seatel 4006 (1.0m Ku), Seatel 6006 (1.5m Ku), Seatel 4996 (1.2m Ku), C2SAT (1.2m Ku), Seatel 9797 (2.4m Ku), ERA (2.4m C), and Seatel 9797 (2.4m C).

214 LICENSES
Worked on numerous 214 applications leading to successful grants. Some of these applicatoins have been done for U.S. companies with 100% foreign ownership. The firm has never had a 214 application denied.

VSAT LICENSES
Worked on numerous FCC applications for VSAT licenses. The firm has never had a VSAT application denied. Among the antennas licensed include:

Vertex 9.0m C, Vertex 6.1m Ku, Channel Master 2.4m C, Channel Master 96cm Ku, Vertex 4.5m Ku, Vertex 13.1m Ku, Prodelin 2.4m C, Andrew 7.6m C, Andrew 4.6m C, Vertex 1.5m Ku, Channel Master 1.2m Ku, Prodelin 1.2m Ku, Vertex 9.3m Ku, Vertex 8.0m C, Comtech 3.5m C, ERA 2.4m C and Patriot 1.2m Ku.

VHF LICENSES
Worked on several applications for conventional VHF, marine VHF, and aircraift VHF licenses.

UNIVERSAL SERVICE FUND (USF)
Worked on USF compliance projects including: filing quarterly 499Q forms, anual 499A forms, and represention in FCC investigations.

CUSTOMER PROPRIETARY NETWORK INFORMATION (CPNI)
Represented clients before the FCC regarding CPNI investigations. Also, assisted in preparing and filing annual CPNI cerfitifications.

FILING FCC COMPLAINTS
Filed FCC complaints on behalf of clients leading to the FCC initiating an investigations into fraudulent telecommunication practices.

FCC ENFORCEMENT
Represented clients in FCC enforcement proceedings.
